We respect money and try to do everything for more. But this world driving energy has some unknown and darker side too and here is 5 of them.


1. Top 0.1% has 20% of it

According to 2014 research papers by famous economists Emmanuel Saez and the Gabriel Zucman, the top tenth of the 1% have just about as much money as the bottom 90% and it is around 160,000 families with more than $20 million.


2. Freaking International use of Rupee


Once 5 rupee coins were smuggled to the Bangladesh for making razors.


3. What to do with torn Notes


No need to exchange your torn note with money vendors sitting on road side of old Delhi in less, go for big vendor places known as banks. As they exchange them in exact numbers but the fix is you should have 51% undamaged part of  it in hand.


4. Minting 10 rupee coin cost reserve bank around 6.14 rupee that means non-technical pure loss of 3.86 rupee to the coin holder.



5. 10,000 and 5,000 rupees notes were effectively in circulation between 1954 and 1978
