Technorati and Alexa Rankings
So personally I don’t know much about these two ranking systems, however I will say that I see a lot of discussion about them around the net. My question is, how important are these rankings to your site. Does a higher ranking, truly translate to more money? My other blog, HardwareBlogPortal.com is ranked, and I am humble enough to admit this to you all, 956,607 in Alexa. As for Technorati, I’m ranked 1,245,176 with an authority of 7. I had a PR of 4 but that has since dropped also. Not to good but the money isn’t horrible either. The money has actually increased as the rankings all dropped. So what truly translates to money? I’ll leave that up to you all to answer.
